Alexis Spain
As our Director of Operations, Alexis develops and implements the day-to-day operational systems and processes that deliver a safe and extraordinary experience for our clients and our team. She also serves as the point person for vendor coordination and event facilitation. Alexis is a “finisher” – she enjoys putting the final touches on experiences to ensure premium quality outcomes and remarkable hospitality.
Aside from her keen attention to detail, one of Alexis’s greatest gifts is that she truly cares about others and is sensitive to their needs. She actively works to create opportunities for connection and belonging. Ultimately, her goal is to do good work, with good people, in a good way.
Before joining our team, Alexis managed special projects for VCU’s School of Business where she developed community impact endeavors, process improvement methods, and built intentional relationships with outside stakeholders interested in the future of our workforce.
In her free time, Alexis loves to garden, make candles, travel, and eat tacos!
