Lindsey Nelson

With a background that spans publishing, design, education, and consulting, Lindsey brings a distinctly interdisciplinary approach to her role as the Lost Office’s Director of Experience.  

Lindsey’s previous work has included brand and experience strategy for global retail, food service, and healthcare clients, including “store of the future” concepts for a beauty chain with over 1,000 locations. Additionally, she was a founding member of an international team that launched a network of preK-12 schools in the U.S. and China, where she focused on learner-centered program and environment design. Most recently, she led storytelling and strategy at PLUSSED, a nonprofit education innovation lab.   

She’s driven by a deep interest in human-centered design and a desire to help organizations and teams build their capacity for empathy, creativity, and collaboration.
